- Advanced Coating Technology Research Center (ACT) of National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology (AIST) concluded mutual agreements with Japan Fine Ceramics Association（JFCA）toward the "ADvanced Coating ALliance (ADCAL)" establishment for the purpose of the practical use promotion of the advanced coating technology on February 1, 2016.
